Arrow Escape is a calm, minimalist brain puzzle built on the classic 'arrow escape' idea. Every level is a little picture — a heart, a cat, a butterfly, an anchor — drawn entirely out of bent arrow-lines. Each line is a piece that snakes around corners with an arrowhead at its tip. Tap one and it slithers out head-first, its body threading along its own bends — but it can only go if the straight lane ahead of the arrowhead is clear all the way to the edge. The lines block one another, so the challenge is working out the order to release them and untangle the whole picture. There's no timer and no clutter: just clean lines, a quiet dotted board, and one relaxing puzzle after another. Every level is generated to be fully solvable, and a Hint is always there if you get stuck. Play free in your browser on phone or desktop — no download, no sign-up.
Skills Arrow Escape trains
Arrow Escape is built so that problem solving is the thing that gives out first, which is what turns a round into practice rather than just play.
Problem solving
Problem solving is the ability to look at a situation you have not seen before, break it into smaller parts, and find an order of steps that reaches the goal.
More games for problem solving →Spatial reasoning
Spatial reasoning is the ability to picture shapes, paths and space in your head — to see where a piece will fit or where a path leads before you move anything.
More games for spatial reasoning →Focus & attention
Focus is the ability to keep your attention on one task and ignore everything else for a stretch of minutes, and to notice the moment your attention slips away.

How to play Arrow Escape
To play Arrow Escape, tap each bent arrow-line to send it sliding out along its own path, and clear the whole picture by freeing the lines in the right order.
- 1Read the lines. Each level is a picture made of bent lines, each with an arrowhead showing the way out.
- 2Tap to slither. Tap a line and it travels out head-first, its body following its own bends.
- 3Check the lane. A line only leaves if the straight lane ahead of its arrowhead is clear to the edge.
- 4Mind the blockers. If another line is in the way, the tapped one just wobbles and stays — clear the blocker first.
- 5Find the order. Work out which lines to free first so the rest open up, then clear the whole picture.
- 6Use a hint. Stuck? Tap Hint to light up a line that can escape right now.
