Free games with no ads, ever
PlayNeon runs nine free browser games with no advertising of any kind — no banners, no pre-roll video, no interstitial between levels, and no ad network loaded in the background. Every page makes zero third-party requests, which you can verify yourself in about ten seconds.

How do you know there are really no ads?
Because you can check it, and checking takes less time than reading this paragraph. Open any game on this site, press F12 to open your browser's developer tools, and switch to the Network tab. Reload the page and look at the domain column. Every single request will be to playneon.fun. There is no ad server, no tag manager, no analytics endpoint and no font CDN, because the typeface is self-hosted at build time along with everything else.
That is a different claim from the usual one. Most sites that describe themselves as ad-light mean that they show fewer ads, or that they hide them on the first visit, or that the ads only appear once you finish a level. Here the ad code does not exist in the bundle at all, which is why the network log is empty rather than merely quiet.
Why does an ad-free game site feel so different to play?
Advertising does not just occupy screen space, it shapes the game underneath it. A portal that earns per impression has a structural reason to add a loading screen you have to sit through, to interrupt you between rounds, and to end runs slightly sooner than the design would otherwise want, because each of those moments is another impression. None of that is malice; it is arithmetic.
Remove the arithmetic and the design relaxes. The puzzle games here have no timers because nothing needs to hurry you toward the next screen. The arcade games restart in one tap because there is no reason to put anything between you and the next run. Rounds last two to five minutes because that is the length that plays well, not the length that maximises impressions.
What is the catch, if there are no ads?
There is no monetisation on this site at all — no ads, no subscription, no in-game purchases, no paid tier holding levels back, and no email capture. The nine games were built as a personal project, they are cheap to serve because they are small static pages, and the honest answer is that hosting them costs very little.
The trade-off you are actually accepting is a smaller catalogue. A syndicated portal can list thousands of titles because it carries the same shared library everyone else carries. Every game here was written from scratch, which is why there are nine of them and not nine thousand — and also why none of them is a reskin of something you have already played somewhere else.
Does no ads also mean no tracking?
Yes, and the two are connected: tracking exists to price advertising, so a site with no advertising has no reason to build the tracking that feeds it. There is no analytics script, no advertising identifier, no fingerprinting and no cross-site cookie on any page here.
This is also why you have never seen a cookie banner on this site. Banners are required for storage that is not strictly necessary to deliver what you asked for. The only thing stored on your device is your best score, kept in your own browser's local storage, which never leaves your device and which we cannot read. Clearing site data removes it completely.
Which games can I play right now?
All nine, immediately, in the browser you already have open. Every one is single-player, non-violent, has no chat and no purchases, and works the same on a phone, a tablet or a desktop.

Frequently asked questions
Are there really no ads on PlayNeon?
Correct — there are no ads of any kind on PlayNeon: no banners, no pre-roll video, no interstitials between levels, and no ad network code in the page bundle. You can confirm it by opening your browser's Network tab and reloading any page: every request goes to playneon.fun and no third-party domain appears.
Do free games with no ads have hidden costs?
On PlayNeon there is no cost at all — no subscription, no in-game purchases, no paid levels and no email sign-up. The games are small static web pages that are inexpensive to host, which is what makes an entirely free, entirely ad-free catalogue practical.
Why do most free game sites show ads?
Because they license a shared catalogue and pay for it out of advertising revenue, which is charged per impression. That model gives them a structural reason to add loading screens, between-round interstitials and shorter runs. PlayNeon builds its own nine games and runs no advertising, so none of those pressures apply.
Is there a cookie banner on PlayNeon?
No. Cookie banners are required for storage that is not strictly necessary. The only data stored on your device is your own best score in your browser's local storage, which is exempt, so there is nothing to ask you to consent to.
